Ord. No. 242-13-B, § 2, adopted March 26, 2013, effective April 1, 2013, repealed § 15-118, which pertained to Schedule B, natural gas rates and charges.
It should be noted that § 1 of said ordinance provides, "The definitions and gas rates
and charges formerly contained in Section 15-118 of the City Code are hereby adjusted and re-adopted, as set forth on Exhibit "A"
to this Ordinance entitled "Schedule B, natural gas rates and charges" and shall be
an uncodified Exhibit to Ordinance No. 242. The meter turn-off and turn-on of gas
service for nonpayment is adjusted as set forth on Exhibit "A." Hereafter, such rates
and charges may be amended by Resolution as provided by Section 15-116 of the City Code." See also the Code Comparative Table.
