§ 5-76. Refunds for permits issued by city—Procedure; application.

No person shall be entitled to any refund of the amount paid for any permit issued by any department of the city unless such refund is applied for in writing within six (6) months from the date of issuance of such permit, or within the extended time thereof if the same has been extended under an applicable ordinance.
