§ 4-5. Certain area declared bird sanctuary.

All territory embraced within the following area is hereby declared a bird sanctuary, and birds will not be trapped, killed or destroyed in any manner or their nests will not be disturbed or destroyed in such sanctuary area:
Harrison Park. All territory within the limits of Harrison Park, which encompasses two hundred fifty (250) acres and seven (7) lakes.
