§ 4-4. Animals prohibited in public parks.

Latest version.

No person who owns or has control of any dog, whether leashed or unleashed, or horse, shall allow or bring such dog or horse into a park. This prohibition shall not apply to dog guides for the blind nor to dogs or horses used by police in the course of their official duties.
