§ 2-157. Advisory capacity; meetings.

The economic development board shall act in an advisory capacity to the director of economic development. Meetings of the board shall be held at such times as the membership shall determine. Meetings shall be conducted in accordance with rules of procedure promulgated by the board and approved by the city commission. The board shall meet promptly to consider matters submitted to it by the city commission.
