There is hereby created the city economic development board, which shall be composed
of seven (7) members appointed as set forth in section 2-77. Board members shall serve without compensation. The executive director of the Sunrise
Chamber of Commerce shall be an ex officio member of the board. All of the provisions
of Chapter 2, Article III, Division 1 of this Code shall apply to this board unless specifically
exempted or excluded in Chapter 2, Article III, Division 5 of this Code.
