§ 9-32. Littering; depositing refuse.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit any refuse, debris or litter on any property, public or private within the city. Additionally, it shall be unlawful to dump, deposit or otherwise cause any trash, landscape debris, or other material to be placed in any canal, lake or waterway in the city which regularly or periodically carries or stores water.
