§ 8-3. Operation of watercraft.

The operation of watercraft upon waters located within the city is permitted, provided that no watercraft shall exceed fourteen (14) feet in length overall or shall be powered by any engine or motor, either internal combustion, electrical or any other type of propelling device exceeding five (5) horsepower. No such watercraft shall be operated upon any waterway within the city between sunset and sunrise.
