§ 7-126. Builder exhibiting model of appliance to install appliance of equal quality or size.

A builder, developer or contractor in the city who exhibits a model indicating the quality or size of appliances shall not install any appliance of lesser quality or size unless agreed to between the seller and the purchaser.
