§ 7-41. Merchants to pay merchants' tax unless specifically classified.

Any person or firm engaged in selling goods, wares and merchandise, which is specifically classified, shall pay the specifically classified local business tax. Any business not specifically classified which is engaged in such business shall pay the merchants' local business tax.
