§ 6-51. Adoption of fire prevention code.

(a)

There is hereby adopted for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, that certain current code known as the Florida Fire Prevention Code, inclusive of the Broward County Amendments, and 101 Life Safety Code, Broward County edition.

(b)

One (1) copy is filed in the office of the clerk of the city. The codes are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein and shall be controlling within the limits of the city.
