Chapter 4.7. RECOVERED MATERIALS REGULATIONS

§ 4.7-5. Unlawful to use recovered materials dealers not registered with the city.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person doing business in the city to use the services of a recovered materials dealer that is not registered with the city. Any person who violates this section shall be subject to the penalties provided for by this Code.
