§ 2-352. Form of ballot.

  • The form of ballot to be used in the municipal election must be approved by the city commission, at least seven (7) days before the municipal election and shall be published one (1) time in a newspaper of general circulation in the county. The form of the ballot shall be substantially the same as the form of the ballot used in any state or county general elections, except that there shall be no party mark or designation and no insignia or mark of any association or organization thereon, and the ballot shall be in substantially the same form as the election ballots used in all general elections.
