§ 2-191. Submission of written memorandum.

The policy is hereby established requiring the planning and zoning board to submit a written memorandum of actions taken on all matters which are subsequently submitted to the city commission for consideration. The memorandum shall be submitted to the city commission seven (7) days in advance of the meeting at which action shall be taken on the matter.
