§ 2-188. Chairman.

Following the appointment of the members of the planning and zoning board, each year, the board shall convene in January and a chairman shall be selected by a majority vote of the board members. The chairman shall vote on all matters before the board and shall be counted for purposes of obtaining a quorum.
