§ 2-96. Creation.

There is hereby created and established in the city the Sunrise Historical Commission, hereinafter referred to as "commission." All of the provisions of Chapter 2, Article III, Division 1 of this Code shall apply to this commission unless specifically exempted or excluded in Chapter 2, Article III, Division 2 of this Code.
