§ 15-4. Protection of city property.

In the event of any damage to the city's property located upon a consumer's property which arises out of any act of the consumer or agents, employees or independent contractors upon the premises at the consumer's request or direction, the cost of repairs or replacement shall be the responsibility of the consumer, and full payment or reimbursement to the city therefor may be a condition imposed by the city for the continuation of service.
