§ 14-77. Costs

In addition to the penalty prescribed under F.S. § 316.0083, municipal costs in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be assessed for a violation which is upheld by the local hearing officer. The costs may be reduced to a minimum of fifty dollars ($50.00) at the discretion of the local hearing officer if the violation is no longer contested at the time of the hearing.
