§ 14-1. Reckless use of motor vehicle off public roadways; restriction on hours of operation.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any type of motor vehicle off the public roadways in such a way that would constitute reckless use or unlawful operation in a manner creating a nuisance.

(b)

No person shall operate within the city a vehicle designated for off-street use, and commonly known as a "dirt bike" on other than a public roadway, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
