§ 12-7. Unlawful accumulations.

No person shall allow an accumulation of solid waste upon their premises for a period longer than four (4) days without having arranged for disposal of such accumulation by the contractor, unless the accumulation consists of exempt waste or the accumulation is otherwise approved by the administrator. No person shall allow an accumulation of exempt waste upon their premises for a period longer than four (4) days, unless the accumulation is approved by the administrator.
