§ 12-11. Construction sites.

All solid waste, including but not limited to construction and demolition waste , on construction sites shall be placed in a collection container on site while awaiting removal and disposal.

Mechanical containers for construction and demolition waste shall be obtained from the contractor and the name of the owner shall be clearly indicated on such containers. Only solid waste haulers that possess a franchise from the city may remove and dispose of solid waste from within the city.
